The Palm Springs Art Museum Architecture + Design Center
The restoration of the Santa Fe Savings & Loan, E. Stewart Williams designed Class 1 Historic Building in Palm Springs, CA. Marmol Radziner were the architects for the restoration and conversion of the building into the Museum’s Architecture + Design Center. MKA acted as the Museum’s Owner’s Representative and managed the design and construction process. The project was completed in November 2014.
Miles Lodge
A mixed use development on approximately 15 acres in Indian Wells, CA consisting of a 137 room luxury resort hotel, 58 condominiums and 32 resort villas.
Miles Crossing
An 125,000 SF mixed use commercial development located on 18 acres in Indian Wells, CA. MKA coordinated all of the design and engineering, managed the entitlement process, and was the developer’s spokesperson with the City of Indian Wells. The project is currently scheduled to begin construction in the spring of 2020.

An 8,500 SF office building in Rancho Mirage, CA. MKA was the architect, project manager and development principal for the project.
Montelena
A 71 home residential development in Indian Wells, CA. MKA coordinated all of the design and engineering, managed the entitlement process, and was the developer’s spokesperson with the City of Indian Wells.
Las Colinas
An 84 unit apartment community located on eight acres in Rancho Mirage, CA. MKA was the developer, architect, and project manager for all aspects of this project.
